Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Find and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening, shortlisting of candidate’s application as per the job description location and qualification criteria.
Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers.
Create and manage job postings on various job boards. (LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, Apna, Work India, Internshaala)
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate information.
