Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

The Express Global Logistics (HR team) is currently executing critical projects to digitize and streamling all HR-related activities. The incoming intern will play a crucial role in executing the mentioned objectives.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Implement and validate core HR functions on new HR management system Keka HR
• Digitize employee documentation on the HRMS
• Assist in onboarding of new employees
• Identify ways to streamline and increase productivity in HR activities
• Validate the employee master data and coordinate with employees to update the same
• Assist employees in their HR-related inquiries
• Document core processes relating to the HR workflows
  

Note: The intern will report directly to the head of HR which will include good exposure with the senior management. Solid performance on the internship can also lead to a full-time job.
