Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).Conduct initial candidate interactions and telephonic screening.Coordinate and support interview processes with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.Assist in onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.Support HR operations including employee engagement initiatives, attendance tracking, and documentation.Handle HR calls, emails, and maintain effective communication with candidates.Contribute to HR-related projects and process improvements.

Requirements
