Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon (Hybrid)

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and backend HR operations. The role is best suited for freshers who are eager to build a career in HR, with a focus on job postings, candidate coordination, and operational support.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Recruitment Support

• Post jobs on different portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) and manage applications.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through databases and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and panel members.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  

HR Backend Operations

• Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record maintenance.
• Update HRMS entries and internal trackers for attendance and recruitment.
• Provide support in vendor coordination for recruitment and other HR-related requirements.
• Support the team in organizing employee engagement activities and induction sessions.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative support tasks as assigned.
