Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • This includes drafting job descriptions, posting opportunities on relevant platforms, and screening resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • They will coordinate interviews between applicants and panel members, ensuring smooth communication and timely scheduling.
  • The intern will also assist in maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and updating hiring dashboards.
  • They will engage with potential candidates to answer queries and build a positive employer brand.
  • Additionally, they may contribute to creating recruitment strategies, enhancing sourcing techniques, and collaborating with HR managers to improve the overall hiring experience.
