Job Description

As an HR intern at IG Drones, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company. Your role will involve assisting in various HR functions and projects, while also learning and developing your skills in a professional environment.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain and update HR databases, intern trackers, and employee records
Help draft offer letters, appointment letters, and internship agreements
Support in onboarding and induction processes
Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and filing
Participate in employee engagement activities and event planning
Support appraisal and attendance management processes
Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communications
Help with exit formalities and feedback collection
Coordinate with other departments as required for HR operations
