Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bhubaneswar

We are a purpose-driven NGO committed to creating a positive social impact through various community outreach programs and initiatives. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated HR intern to support our human resources operations remotely.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation
• Support onboarding and induction of new volunteers or interns
• Help coordinate internal communication and engagement activities
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and reports
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to HR planning
• Ensure compliance with the NGO’s values, diversity, and inclusion policies
  

Note: This is an unpaid internship (the role is completely remote, offering flexibility and hands-on experience working in the human resources domain within the NGO sector)
