You will be working as an HR intern for a purpose-driven NGO dedicated to creating a positive social impact through community outreach programs and initiatives. As an HR intern, your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Maintaining and updating HR databases, records, and documentation - Supporting the onboarding and induction of new volunteers or interns - Helping to coordinate internal communication and engagement activities - Assisting in drafting HR-related documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and reports - Participating in virtual team meetings and contributing to HR planning - Ensuring compliance with the NGO's values, diversity, and inclusion policies Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and the role is completely remote, offering flexibility and hands-on experience working in the human resources domain within the NGO sector.
