Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Recruitment and onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
Attendance and leave management: Tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Offer letters, certificates, and experience letters: Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment certificates, and experience letters.
Salary processing and administration: Overseeing payroll, salary disbursement, and handling administrative tasks related to employee compensation.
Employee records management: Maintaining, updating, and organizing detailed employee information throughout their tenure with the company.
