Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Source-wise hiring data
  • Conversion rate from screening to selection
  • Time-to-fill positions
  • Take structured feedback from:
  • Department heads for new joinees
  • New joinees on onboarding experience
  • Analyze the previous month's hiring performance.
  • Set monthly goals: number of hires per team.
  • Plan job fairs, LinkedIn campaigns, and employee referral drives.
  • Review attrition data (if applicable) for Sales/Ops.
  • Exit interview analysis for improvement areas.
  • Ensure documentation of all recruited employees is complete.
  • Ensure all trackers, scorecards, and assessments are up to date.
  • Support Documents & Trackers Required
  • Daily Call Log Sheet
  • Interview Scheduling Sheet
  • Candidate Status Tracker (Excel or ATS)
  • Weekly Hiring Report Format
