Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Source-wise hiring data
Conversion rate from screening to selection
Time-to-fill positions
Take structured feedback from:
Department heads for new joinees
New joinees on onboarding experience
Analyze the previous month's hiring performance.
Set monthly goals: number of hires per team.
Plan job fairs, LinkedIn campaigns, and employee referral drives.
Review attrition data (if applicable) for Sales/Ops.
Exit interview analysis for improvement areas.
Ensure documentation of all recruited employees is complete.
Ensure all trackers, scorecards, and assessments are up to date.
Support Documents & Trackers Required
Daily Call Log Sheet
Interview Scheduling Sheet
Candidate Status Tracker (Excel or ATS)
Weekly Hiring Report Format
