Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: Develop and refine job descriptions to attract and retain top talent Source and engage potential candidates through various platforms and social media Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures Address and resolve employee inquiries with professionalism Collaborate with management to identify and plan for future hiring needs Support the recruitment process, including managing candidates during interviews Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture Account Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and management of invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maintain comprehensive and organised accounting records and documentation About Company: MH01 is an overarching group of companies and brands spread across many sectors.
