Human Resources (HR) Executive in Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media channels, and employee referral programs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules while ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers and candidates.
• Support the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and handling HR-related documentation.
• Keep employee records updated in Google Sheets and internal HR systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and assist with internal communication initiatives.
• Administer employee feedback surveys and compile the results into meaningful, actionable reports.
• Maintain organized performance data and assist in appraisal documentation and follow-up processes.
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure efficient completion of daily operational tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging HR trends and apply best practices to enhance HR processes.
