Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Generalist

We are now expanding our internal team and looking for a dynamic HR professional to join us in building a strong and motivated workforce.

Position Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the company’s hiring process, onboarding, employee engagement, and overall HR operations. You’ll work directly with management to implement HR strategies and create a healthy, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
• Coordinate and manage employee induction and training sessions.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and performance review processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support management in employee engagement and retention activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and resolve employee queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong communication and learning attitude can apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
