Human Resources (HR) Executive

As a member of our team at Eduminatti, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Your role will involve providing counseling on policies and procedures, actively participating in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, and assisting in performance management processes. You will also play a key role in supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and maintaining employee records in compliance with policy and legal requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
