Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs. Help with HR compliance and documentation, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR initiatives and projects.
