Role Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers across domestic and international markets. You will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Location - Hyderabad Salary - varies with experience Employment type - Full-time Work from Office Responsibilities Identify, convert and onboard new customers including manufacturers, importers, exporters, processors and FMCGs. Support scaling business development in India and explore international markets such as US, EU and other countries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues and queries. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track lead conversion and sales funnel to optimize performance of the team. This position demands a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure a strong market fit and customer satisfaction.
