Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will support the daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes
• Organize training sessions and employee engagement programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
