Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will also handle recruitment processes, conduct employee orientations, and assist in performance management and training programs.
