About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, document verification, and coordinating with management on salary structure and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and efficient in handling daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offer communication.
  • Manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers and track candidate status.
  • Verify candidate documents (KYC, educational certificates, experience proofs, payslips, bank statements, etc.).
  • Maintain hiring data and update Google Sheets/ATS for management visibility.
  • Collaborate with management to define salary structure, LOI, offer letters, and onboarding formalities.
  • Prepare and send Letter of Intent, Offer Letters, and Onboarding Communication to shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for compliance and HR audits.
  • Support new joiners with joining formalities, policy briefing, and orientation.
  • Maintain HR trackers, attendance data, and salary coordination for payroll processing.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, candidates, and employees during the hiring and onboarding process.

What we're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR operations or generalist experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for HR tracking and salary structuring.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain

    confidentiality and accuracy.
