Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview: As a part of the team, your role will involve managing various aspects related to employee management, compliance, benefits administration, office management, and coordination with different departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions. - Coordinate with the Finance department for disbursement, reconciliations, and accounting purposes. - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations. - Stay updated on labor laws, taxation policies, and compliance changes. - Handle audits, inspections, and statutory queries efficiently. - Administer employee benefits programs in line with statutory norms. - Manage vendor coordination, facilities, and office supplies effectively. - Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, and engagement activities. - Provide support for audits, budgeting, and HR operational tasks. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. - Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
