Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture. The candidate will act as the primary liaison between employees and the management team, contributing to organizational development and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge and application of HR Policies and legal compliance requirements
• Expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions and strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the digital, creative, or media industry is a plus
• 3-4 years experience is must.
