About the Company

UrbanIQ Ventures is a fast-growing real estate company. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Draft and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Conduct employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Support performance review cycles and training initiatives.
• Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of HR experience (real estate industry exposure is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
