Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential property buyers, explaining project details, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.

ü Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.

ü Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.

ü Convert conversations into site visits and coordinate with field sales team.

ü Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in CRM.

ü Follow up regularly with leads for nurturing and closure.

ü Focused on consistent progress through manageable weekly and monthly targets aligned with team objectives.

Required Skills:

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ü Strong sales aptitude and convincing ability.

ü Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

ü Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and real estate terminology.

ü Language Fluency: English and any regional language (Kannada,Hindi,Telugu, Tamil, etc.)
