Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, recruitment and overseeing general HR management tasks. The role involves working closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
