Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Blitzmind Innovative Studioz Pvt. Ltd., located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the company. Day-to-day tasks will include handling employee queries, monitoring policies and compliance, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in core Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and innovative workplace
• Relevant experience or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
