Human Resources Executive

Hiring: HR Executive – Mangalore (Local Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance & Leave Management

• Maintain and update attendance and leave records for employees and consultants
• Handle attendance-related queries and ensure accuracy for payroll inputs

Onboarding & Exit Formalities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes including documentation, induction, system access, and clearance formalities

Document Verification

• Verify educational, ID, address, and previous experience documents of new joiners
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Consultant Coordination

• Coordinate with external consultants, assist in candidate screening
• Manage documentation and communication related to consultants

Payroll Support

• Provide verified attendance, leave, and headcount data to the payroll team for processing

Asset Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for laptop/asset shipments
• Maintain updated records of asset issuance and return

Recruiter Performance Tracking

• Track and report recruitment team performance using dashboards and trackers

Employee Engagement

• Send birthday/anniversary greetings and assist in employee engagement initiatives

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role
