Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru for a HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to drive a positive workplace culture and maintain employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and workforce planning
• Skills in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in Organizational Development and Employee Engagement strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR tools, software, and compliance regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the technology or digital transformation industry is a plus
