About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and company HR policies
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Generate regular HR reports for management review
• Support training and development initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 0–1 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
