Job Overview
We are hiring a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our construction project site. This role requires strong documentation, compliance, and people management skills in a project site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain attendance, daily wage register, and manpower records
Handle onboarding, ID creation, and joining formalities for workers and staff
Coordinate with head office for payroll processing and HR reporting
Ensure statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages, Labour License
Deal with worker grievances and basic welfare needs
Assist in local hiring of laborers/skilled workers, Maintain contractor/subcontractor documentation and agreements
Liaise with local authorities (if required)
