Job Overview We are hiring a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our construction project site. This role requires strong documentation, compliance, and people management skills in a project site environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain attendance, daily wage register, and manpower records Handle onboarding, ID creation, and joining formalities for workers and staff Coordinate with head office for payroll processing and HR reporting Ensure statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages, Labour License Deal with worker grievances and basic welfare needs Assist in local hiring of laborers/skilled workers, Maintain contractor/subcontractor documentation and agreements Liaise with local authorities (if required)
Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor electrical works in line with project requirements. Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality workmanship as per approved drawings and standards. Prepare method statements, work procedures, and checklists. Key Skills Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, testing & commissioning. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software. Strong coordination and communication skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Knowledge of project management principles. Qualifications & Experiance Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP projects (residential, commercial, industrial). Experience in handling large-scale electrical installations.
