dynamic and strategic HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple brandssourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding processes including documentation (ID proof, reference checks, police verification) and orientation.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience ensuring cultural alignment and clarity of roles.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through college partnerships, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Clearly communicate hiring expectations, joining formalities, and documentation procedures.

2. Employee Performance Management

  • Implement structured performance evaluation systems with KRAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews, generate detailed performance reports, and share feedback loops with leadership.
  • Drive performance-based appraisals and recognition systems.
  • Ensure individual goals align with organizational objectives to drive productivity and accountability.

3. Team Communication & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the communication bridge between management and employees.
  • Handle grievances with empathy and fairness, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Promote transparent communication channels and ensure all HR matterslike appraisals, notice periods, and feedbackare well-documented.
  • Issue reminders or notices for attendance or punctuality in a professional manner.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with global best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain structured exit policies and notice periods (3 days for interns, 7 days for video editors, 15 days for media buyers).
  • Maintain digital and physical records of employee data and HR documentation securely.

5. Employee Development

  • Organize skill development workshops, online trainings, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team leads to set development goals and design personalized growth plans.
  • Track progress through quarterly and annual review sessions to nurture long-term career growth.

6. Team Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and cultural events.
  • Reinforce company values through meaningful experiences and celebrations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-driven workplace culture.
  • Support CSR or charitable initiatives to enhance team purpose and unity.

7. Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operationsmanaging resources, maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for client visits, guests, or internal meetings.
  • Ensure the workspace reflects the company's professional and creative ethos.

8. Accountability & Reporting

  • Work closely with department heads and founders to track performance, compliance, and organizational goals.
  • Present monthly HR dashboards and reports to management summarizing key HR metrics.
  • Ensure leadership accountability for maintaining team performance and adherence to company culture.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 23 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication with polished interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Proven ability to align HR strategy with business growth.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Analytical thinker capable of resolving complex employee or organizational challenges.
  • Organizational Skills:

    High attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Technological Proficiency:

    Familiar with HRMS tools, performance management systems, and digital communication platforms.
  • Leadership:

    A people-first leader who inspires, mentors, and cultivates a culture of excellence.
