Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in human resources.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
