Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, implementing HR policies, Recruitment , handling employee relations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and maintaining records. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hardware and abrasives industry is a plus
