Human Resources Executive - Indore Marriott Hotel

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Assistant at Marriott International, your main role will be to assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and providing support to the management team in handling Human Resources matters. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies during the hiring and recruitment processes. Your duties will also include maintaining employee records accurately, assisting in organizing employee surveys, and handling phone calls and messages efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and track employee relations issues, assist in their resolution, and provide follow-up support. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies during hiring and recruitment processes. - Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms. - Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company's safety and security policies. - Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and communicate effectively with clear and professional language. - Develop positive working relationships with team members and respond appropriately to their concerns. - Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. - Perform other job duties as requested by Supervisors.
