Madify is one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the northeast, specializing in influencer marketing, events, artist management, and casting.

This is a full-time role at Madify located in Guwahati, Assam.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end hiring, onboarding & HR operations
Handle employee relations, compliance & payroll
Manage policies, performance reviews & training programs
Drive employee engagement & retention

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations & labor laws
Excellent communication & people skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet
