As a versatile and dynamic Human Resource Executive at Kansoft Solutions, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing both Learning & Development and Recruitment functions. Your proactive and people-oriented nature, along with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities with ownership and enthusiasm, will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle end-to-end recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Understand departmental requirements and coordinate with managers to fulfill hiring needs effectively. - Identify learning and development needs across teams and plan suitable training programs. - Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements for continuous development. - Maintain HR records, support performance management activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies. - Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR with exposure to both recruitment and learning & development. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently. - Good understanding of HR tools, MS Office, and modern hiring practices.,
