Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resource Executive at Isha Foundation, located in Chikkaballapura, Karnataka, you will be responsible for the following: - Maintain and update HP databases and employee records, ensuring accurate and confidential data management - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews - Assist in the development and implementation of HP policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient HP operations and solve any issues that arise - Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role - Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using MS Office Suite - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly forward your resume for consideration.,
