Human Resources Executive

You will be working as an HR Executive at I Vision Infotech, a leading IT company based in India with expertise in web and e-commerce solutions. As an HR Executive, your role will involve handling various HR activities and supporting the HR department in ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, employee data management, induction and onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management support. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, basic HR process knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office tools. A problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential qualities for this position. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or hold an MBA in HR or equivalent qualification. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply, and candidates with 2 years of experience will be preferred.
