Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Babai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling HR administrative tasks, and supporting initiatives aimed at upskilling and capacity building within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
