As part of our continued growth, we are looking for skilled Direct Tax (DT) and Indirect Tax (IDT) professionals who are ready to join immediately and strengthen our finance and compliance team. 💼 Key Responsibilities Indirect Tax (IDT): Timely filing and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C). Ensure compliance with GST laws including e-invoicing, e-way bills, and credit availment. Handle GST audits, departmental queries, and ensure ITC accuracy across units. Coordinate with plant and procurement teams for GST-related documentation. Handling the GST refund compliances and regular filling of the same. Direct Tax (DT): Manage TDS/TCS compliance including returns, payments, and reconciliation. Assist in preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns. Prepare tax audit reports, Form 3CD details, and handle assessments. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented in Finance department to lead critical financial functions including fund raising, compliance, CMA data preparation, subsidy management, and stakeholder liaisoning. This role is vital for ensuring financial stability, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities · Lead fund-raising activities through banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions, including preparation of financial projections, investor presentations, pitch decks, and managing due diligence. · Ensure adherence to post-funding regulation, monitor fund utilization, manage audit and reporting requirements. · Prepare / Assist in CMA data and financial reports for loan renewals and new funding proposals, also to coordinate closely with internal teams and banks. · Identify and apply for eligible government subsidies; manage documentation and liaison with authorities for timely disbursement. · Maintain and manage banking relationships, oversee account operations, loan documentation, and post-sanction activities including disbursement, compliance. · Coordinate with internal auditors, consultants, legal advisors, rating agencies, and other financial institutions to support strategic financial operations and compliance. Qualifications · MBA in Finance / CA / CA inter / CMA An Ideal Candidate Shall be · Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management or similar roles. · Strong analytical and reporting skills. · Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software. · Excellent communication and relationship management skills. · Knowledge of banking products, loan processing, and compliance norms. · Proactive nature in working with deadlines.
