As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team remotely.

Role Overview

As a Remote HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations with a focus on recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s people strategy and ensuring HR processes run smoothly in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant HR regulations.
• Support employee engagement programs, feedback collection, and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to HR-related projects aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
• Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must have access to a personal laptop/desktop and a stable high-speed internet connection.
