Human Resources Executive

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administrative Officer to play a vital role in our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in human resource management, administrative functions, and compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR management, administrative tasks, and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Key Responsibilities: 1. The recruitment process, including defining job requirements, selecting candidates, and conducting interviews. 2. Organize and manage employee training and development programs. 3. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. 4. Manage daily office operations, including document management, scheduling meetings, and organizing events. 5. Oversee office budgets and resources. 6. Provide necessary administrative support to employees. 7. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. 8. Develop and implement company policies and procedures. 9. Prepare necessary documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
