Export Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for motivated and goal oriented export executive to manage and support our international export or sales operations

the candidate will have to see end to end export process with global trade regulations, timely documentations and smooth coordination with logistics provider and will have to make excellent communications with clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

* Coordinate with international and overseas buyer and sellers.

* Prepare and manage export documents including invoices, packing or product lists, shipping instructions and many more.

* Ensure compliances with all export laws, regulations and essential documents required.

* Will have to monitor shipments and provide products and shipments updates on a regular basis to both clients and company.

* Coordinate with accounts department for export payments and follow up.

* Should have accurate knowledge regarding import export policies.

* Support in managing letter of credit,BR and foreign currency dealings.

* Assists in resolving queries related and delayed shipments to client and company.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues by coordination with team.

* Maintain client records and database, update pricing and managing contracts and agreements.

* Will have to stay updated regarding policy and new rules over the globe.

* Follow up on the payment collection from the clients

* Prepare shipping instructions and negotiate freight rates.

* Ensure timely deliveries and tracking of export shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
