Human Resources Executive

Position: HR Executive Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Experience: 0-1 Year Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, and develop and implement HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role requires collaboration with department heads to support and improve employee experiences and organizational culture.
