Human Resources Executive

You will be joining Dana Choga, a renowned restaurant chain in Gurugram, established in 1994 by Deepak and Amita Chandhok. We are known for our consistent and high-quality North Indian cuisine, catering to various events and providing office and home delivery services. As a Human Resources Executive at Dana Choga in Gurugram, you will be responsible for HR hiring for our restaurants and cloud kitchen. Your primary focus will be on hiring blue-collar employees for all 23 outlets, including roles such as Helper, Kitchen Staff, Delivery, and Dispatch. You will report to the HR Manager and work within the Human Resources department. To excel in this role, you should have experience in blue-collar hiring and conducting job fairs or village visits. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, as well as good interpersonal skills, are essential. Additionally, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with proficiency in Excel, will be advantageous. The compensation for this position is 3 LPA, and a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, staff food, PF, and more will be provided.
