Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance with employment laws.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
