HR Executive

If you have 5-7 years of experience and deep expertise in Indian Labor Laws, Payroll, and PMS, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• 💰 Payroll & Compensation:

  Managing the accurate, end-to-end monthly payroll and salary administration process.

• 🎯 Performance Management (PMS):

  Leading and administering the full Performance Management System cycle, from goal setting to appraisals.

• ⚖️ Statutory Compliance:

  Ensuring 100% adherence to all Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.) and handling necessary filings and documentation.

• 🤝 HR Operations:

  Implementing HR best practices, managing employee records (HRIS), and facilitating smooth onboarding/offboarding processes.

Who We Are Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications):

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

• Experience:

  5-7 years of hands-on experience in an HR role.

• Core Expertise:

• Strong practical knowledge of

  Indian Labor Laws

  and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing

  Payroll

  and

  Salary Structuring

  .
• Demonstrated ability to run and manage

  Performance Management Systems (PMS)

  .
• Commitment to maintaining

  HR best practices
