Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite for a Human Resources Director, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Director will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves overseeing performance management processes, handling recruitment and staffing strategies, and collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment is a plus
• Experience of 15+yrs in IT domain
