Human Resources Director

As a seasoned HR professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of 710 HR professionals in a globally respected organization. Your focus will be on secure technologies and future-ready innovation. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing HR functions for 1000-1200 employees across India. This includes developing strategies for the full Hire to Retire lifecycle, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance, and Succession. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with global business leaders from various units and shaping the HR narrative specifically for technology, R&D, and product engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a team of 710 HR professionals - Oversee HR functions for 1000-1200 employees, focusing on the full Hire to Retire lifecycle - Develop strategies for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance, and Succession - Collaborate with global business leaders from different units - Shape the HR narrative for technology, R&D, and product engineering teams Qualifications Required: - 15-18 years of HR leadership experience, with 3-5 years in a senior role - Experience in Technology, Software Development, GIC/GCCs, or R&D center environments preferred - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws - Proficiency in global stakeholder management - Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as SAP HR - Data-driven decision-making approach Please note that this position requires you to work from the office, reporting directly to the Managing Director & Global head of HR.
