The Role We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, specifically focused on a Line of Business located in Jaipur. This role goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities it involves bridging the gap between business strategy and ensuring the success and well-being of our employees. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a culture where our teams feel valued, empowered, and motivated. What You'll Own - Collaborate with LOB leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies in alignment. - Take ownership of end-to-end HR functions for the LOB, including workforce planning, talent management, performance enhancement, and fostering engagement and a positive culture. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, building trust, resolving issues, and translating policies into employee-centric actions. - Work closely with the central HR team on company-wide initiatives such as learning and development, engagement programs, rewards and recognition, and compliance. - Uphold Thrillophilia's core values of speed, ownership, and a growth mindset, balancing empathy with business outcomes. - Utilize HR metrics and feedback data to enhance engagement, retention, and performance metrics continuously. What We're Looking For - 3-7 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure as an HRBP or generalist in a fast-paced business environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships effectively. - A problem-solver who can navigate between strategic planning and hands-on execution. - Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth, and entrepreneurial setting. - Enthusiastic about working in a 6-day work culture and thriving in the fast-paced environment of a global marketplace.
